Refund & Cancellation Policy

Zenlify offers monthly subscription plans billed in advance. We want you to be fully satisfied with our service. This policy explains how to cancel your subscription and under what circumstances refunds are issued.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Zenlify, new subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their first payment — no questions asked.

To claim your refund:

  • Email [email protected] within 14 days of your first charge
  • Use the subject line: "Refund Request"
  • Include your registered email address and the reason for your request (optional)

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

2. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your Zenlify subscription at any time — no phone calls required:

  1. Log in to your Zenlify dashboard
  2. Go to Settings → Plan & Billing
  3. Click Cancel Plan and confirm

Your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

3. No Partial Refunds

We do not issue partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle. When you cancel, you retain full access to Zenlify until the end of your paid billing period.

4. Refunds After the Trial Period

Refunds are not available for charges made after the initial 14-day window, except in exceptional circumstances determined at Zenlify's sole discretion. If you believe you have a valid claim, please contact us and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Monthly subscription fees already billed and used beyond the 14-day guarantee window
  • Any applicable overage or add-on charges
  • Fees for plan upgrades mid-cycle

6. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The actual time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control.
