Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Zenlify platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the service. Zenlify Inc. ("Zenlify", "we", "us") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time with notice provided via email.

2. Service Description

Zenlify provides an AI-powered phone answering service designed for home service professionals including plumbers, HVAC technicians, electricians, roofers, and similar trades. The service answers inbound calls on your behalf, captures caller information, qualifies leads, and optionally books appointments — all using AI voice technology.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your name, email, phone number, and business name.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
• One account per business is permitted. Sharing accounts is not allowed.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Zenlify offers two subscription plans: Starter ($49/month) for 250 AI-answered minutes, and Pro ($99/month) for unlimited calls and all features.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Razorpay. All prices are in USD.
• Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled.

5. Call Recording Consent

By activating Zenlify's AI receptionist, you consent to the recording and AI processing of inbound calls to your Zenlify number. You are solely responsible for ensuring your callers are informed that calls may be recorded, as required by the laws of your jurisdiction (e.g., two-party consent states in the US). Zenlify is not liable for any failure to provide such notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Zenlify only for lawful, legitimate business purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to harass, defraud, deceive, or harm any person
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the AI system
• Resell or sublicense the service without written permission from Zenlify
• Use the service for spam, robocalling, or any activity that violates TCPA or other applicable laws

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

Zenlify's platform, branding, AI models, and software are owned by Zenlify Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of your business data, call recordings, and customer information stored within the platform. You grant Zenlify a limited license to process this data solely to provide the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zenlify is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that all calls will be answered. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenlify Inc. shall not be liable for missed calls, lost revenue, service interruptions, or third-party failures (e.g., Telnyx, Google, Razorpay). Our total liability to you in any month shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the prior three (3) months.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard under Settings → Plan & Billing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days and then deleted per our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Zenlify after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
